Purpose: Manage hospitality at Club meetings and other Club functions as needed. Examples are Club meetings, Awards Banquet, Annual picnic, etc. This is completely separate from Show Hospitality

CLUB SOCIAL HOSPITALITY CHAIRPERSON RESPONSIBILITIES

Recruit: Recruit committee members as needed and delegate duties as appropriate.

Collaborate with Club members and Committees in regard to hospitality needed for events or activities.

Budget: Check with the Board on the budget for each event.

Plan for and obtain supplies:

  • Plan a menu

  • Determine supplies needed. Try to use what is stored in the Club trailer before purchasing new supplies.

  • Work with the Treasurer to do the accounting of monies and to make payments.

  • Obtain needed food and supplies.

Bring supplies to event and arrange as appropriate.

Delegate tasks as appropriate.
